Refund & Cancellation Policy

At www.olympiads.co.in, operated by Humming Bird Education Limited, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our users. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which registrations may be cancelled and refunds processed.

1. Registration & Payments

All Olympiad registrations and associated services (such as books and study material) are processed upon receipt of payment. Once a registration is confirmed and processing has begun, the seat, examination slot, and materials are reserved for the student.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Registrations once submitted and paid for are generally non-cancellable, as preparation of examination data, study material, and logistics begins immediately.
  • In exceptional circumstances, a cancellation request may be considered if raised in writing well before the examination schedule and before dispatch of materials.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to info@hummingbirdeducation.com with the registration details.

3. Refund Policy

  • As Olympiad fees cover examination processing, evaluation, study resources, and award logistics, fees once paid are typically non-refundable.
  • A refund may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or a verified technical error during the transaction, where the service was not rendered.
  • Approved refunds (e.g., for duplicate or failed transactions) will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification.
  • No refund will be issued in cases of disqualification due to malpractice, non-participation, or failure to appear for the examination.

4. Books & Study Material

Books and physical study materials, once dispatched, are not eligible for return or refund unless received in a damaged or defective condition. Any such issue must be reported promptly upon receipt with supporting evidence.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a duplicate or failed transaction, please email info@hummingbirdeducation.com with your registration details, transaction reference number, and a description of the issue. Our team will review and respond to your request.

6. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the revised policy.
